Responsibilities of the Control Systems Engineer
  • Develop and program control systems for specialised machinery.
  • Conduct design studies, reviews, and prepare specifications for unique applications.
  • Complete Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) documentation.
  • Support engineering queries and resolve manufacturing quality issues.
  • Perform installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting at customer sites worldwide.
  • Travel internationally approximately 4‑5 times per year for project support and site visits.
Requirements of the Control Systems Engineer
  • Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens S7, Rockwell ControlLogix).
  • Knowledge of motion control and servo drive applications.
  • Experience with safety PLC design and implementation.
  • Familiarity with languages such as Python, C, or JavaScript is advantageous.
  • Experience working with vision systems and FAT protocol commissioning.
