EMEA Conference & Event Planner
We are seeking an experienced EMEA Conference & Event Planner to become a key member of our client's Marketing & Events Team, responsible for supporting all third-party conferences and hosted events for our Client’s Global Wealth and Institutional teams taking place in EMEA.
While you will be employed by Jack Morton, you will be embedded at the client’s offices, working closely with their internal team. For conference planning, this role will oversee all logistics from managing registration, speaker logistics, booth coordination, hosted 1:1 meeting room. For events hosted by our client, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of high-profile events that set the standard for excellence, innovation, and strategic impact. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and a proven track record in managing complex event logistics with flawless precision.
