A leading Regional Main Contractor that build, refurbish and regenerate homes and communities across the UK have an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

The company are an innovative and ambitious business that combine their industry expertise and unrivalled local knowledge to help transform communities and leave a lasting legacy everywhere they work.

The business is thriving and they currently have a large number of projects ongoing and in the pipeline. They are looking for a Commercial Manager with excellent people management and technical skills to support the Commercial Director.

Role Overview:

• Lead, manage and support all pre and post contract commercial activities
• Ensure that commercial opportunities are optimised and converted as appropriate
• Ensure the cultivation of long term effective trading relationships
• Play a key role in the development of Project/Business Strategy
• Support the Commercial Director in the development/implementation of policy/procedures

Commercial Manager:

• Ideally Degree qualified or other relative qualifications
• Extensive experience working for a reputable main contractor on similar projects
• Residential project experience (ideally new build and refurbishment)
• Experience of managing a commercial team
• Exceptional commercial skills and awareness
• Current driving license
• Able to commute to and work in Norfolk on a daily basis
