Job Description

The Commercial Litigation Legal Director will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including;

  • Advising large corporate clients on a range of commercial litigation matters including heavy weight IT disputes, contractual disputes and procurement disputes.
  • Manage and oversee high-value and complex disputes.
  • Lead and mentor a team of lawyers with help from Partners.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Take an active role in business development.
  • Lead on all forms of ADR.


The Successful Applicant

The successful Commercial Litigation Legal Director should have / be;

  • A track record in Commercial Litigation gained from a national or international law firm.
  • A strong academic background
  • Proven ability to manage and resolve complex legal disputes effectively.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience in mentoring and managing legal teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • A proactive approach to business development and client relationship management.
  • Ties to Leeds
