Overview

An opportunity for suitably qualified Clinical Support Workers to work within Intermediate Care. A minimum of GCSE English and Maths grade C or 4 or Functional skills for English/Maths and NVQ2 in health and social care or the equivalent experience is essential.

The ESHT Rehabilitation strategy focuses on improving the quality and performance of our acute and community services to deliver high quality rehabilitation across East Sussex. Main duties
  • As a vital member of the care team, you will support Registered Practitioners in the delivery of routine patient care.
  • You will undertake a broad range of care activities under the direct supervision of a Registered Practitioner.
  • You will be required to work flexibly which will include weekends, evenings and bank holidays. This post will require across-site working including Eastbourne, Bexhill and Rye.
  • The post holder will need to attend a period of induction and training before commencing in the role.
