An established care organization in Walsall seeks a compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker. The role involves supporting young people with learning disabilities and Autism in a nurturing environment. Ideal candidates will have residential care experience or a background in education, and must hold a valid UK driving license. Shifts are flexible, including weekends and bank holidays. Competitive pay at £12.50 per hour, plus a sleep shift bonus, with opportunities for professional development.

We currently have 2 homes for young people aged 7 -18 with learning disabilities, complex needs and Autism, we provide them the platform to express their views and feelings at all times and help them on their journey into adulthood by teaching them vital life skills and giving them the confidence to learn new skills.
The role is unique as no two days are the same, although this role is demanding, this is far outweighed by the fantastic outcomes we regularly achieve for our young people. We are looking for patient, understanding and resilient individuals who are committed to supporting our young people daily.
