Job description

Clarence George is currently partnering with several well-capitalised Reinsurers who are establishing operations in the Cayman Islands.

We are registering interest from qualified actuaries who are open to exploring international opportunities and want to be positioned early as this market builds out.

Key expertise in demand includes (but not limited to):

  • Actuarial Designation: Qualified actuary (FSA, FIA, FCIA, FASSA) with a strong technical foundation
  • Reinsurance or Life Insurance Experience: Exposure to US life and annuity products, regulator interaction or international frameworks
  • Financial Reporting: Knowledge of US GAAP, US Stat or Solvency II highly valued
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in actuarial modelling tools or coding (e.g. GGY AXIS, Risk Agility, MG-ALFA, SQL, Python)
  • Capital & Risk: Experience in Risk Based Capital, ALM, capital optimisation, or internal model development
