A regional college is seeking a Catering Supervisor to lead the catering team in York and North Yorkshire. This role involves ensuring high service standards in busy outlets and requires strong leadership skills and customer service experience. The position offers 30 hours per week with competitive salary and benefits, including a pension scheme and gym membership.

Hours: 30 hours per week, 37 weeks per year
Salary: £17,688 to £18,124 per annum. Plus generous benefits including a generous Occupational Pension Scheme
This is a physically active role that involves regular movement throughout the shift, including lifting and handling catering supplies and equipment. You will be on your feet for much of the day, supporting the team and ensuring smooth service delivery. A good level of physical fitness and stamina will help you thrive in this fast-paced environment.
The post will be 37 full weeks per year, commencing during the first week prior to the start of term (last week of August) and finishing during staff training week (1st week in July). The working hours are on-site from Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 2:30pm, although flexibility is required around the needs of the business.
