Overview

Catering Supervisor

Ref: 2526/035
Hours: 30 hours per week, 37 weeks per year
Salary: £17,688 to £18,124 per annum. Plus generous benefits including a generous Occupational Pension Scheme

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the catering team in our busy outlets, with a focus on the branded coffee operation.
• Ensure the highest quality of service, customer satisfaction, health, hygiene and safety by meeting and exceeding standards.
• Support the Catering management team in day-to-day leadership and service delivery.
• Adapt to fluctuating demand and contribute to a proactive, can-do service culture.

About the Role

This is a physically active role that involves regular movement throughout the shift, including lifting and handling catering supplies and equipment. You will be on your feet for much of the day, supporting the team and ensuring smooth service delivery. A good level of physical fitness and stamina will help you thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Working Pattern

The post will be 37 full weeks per year, commencing during the first week prior to the start of term (last week of August) and finishing during staff training week (1st week in July). The working hours are on-site from Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 2:30pm, although flexibility is required around the needs of the business.
