4 (plus £5,000 RRP pro rata)
37.5 hours per week – Working pattern to cover the service between 7am to 6pm (subject to recall for emergencies)

Senior Buildings & Grounds Manager
A Carpenter/Joiner will be employed on work appropriate to their core specialist skills and level of qualification. Responsibilities include routine and non‑routine, non‑complex and complex maintenance work, ensuring compliance with Trust safety standards and procedures, carrying out additional work such as glazing, locksmithing, scaffolding and wood machinery. The role also requires participation in the Addenbrookes Maintenance Management System and completion of all required paperwork.
The post holder must be able to lift and move heavy objects regularly, work with minimal supervision, and exhibit a positive and reliable character.
Participation in annual appraisal, safety training, Child Protection & Safeguarding, and any additional skills required by the role.
Pay band 4 with minimum and maximum points – subject to performance. Full‑time pension schemes, annual leave and other NHS benefits apply.
