Responsibilities


  • As a Care Assistant in our Greensleeves Care Home, you will work with a team of dedicated Care Assistants to support residents with their daily needs.

  • Follow resident care plans to ensure each resident receives person-centered care, support, and daily interaction.

  • Respect the dignity and preferences of residents and contribute to a warm, welcoming, and comfortable environment.


Qualifications


  • Compassion and a forward-thinking attitude with exceptional communication skills.

  • No specific care knowledge required as training will be provided; a genuine compassion for residents is essential.
