Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day‑to‑day business and administrative operations to support the restaurant and franchise.
  • Coordinate HR‑related processes including staff scheduling, records management, and onboarding.
  • Support compliance with UK employment law, franchise policies, and health & safety standards.
  • Manage supplier documentation, purchase orders, and support stock control processes.
  • Prepare reports on sales, expenses, staffing, and performance for management review.
  • Assist the director with operational improvements, project coordination, and business development.
  • Act as a point of contact between management, staff, and franchise partners.
  • Ensure all compliance and company records are maintained accurately and securely.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent in business, management, or related field).
  • Previous experience in business administration, HR, or operational support (franchise/retail experience preferred).
  • Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and business reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital record‑keeping systems.
