Micvac is a technology pioneer with a focus on providing integrated equipment and packaging solutions for producing delicious chilled ready meals. This system-based technology was invented and patented by us and delivers superior benefits across the value chain from producers to retailers and consumers. We are solidly established in the Nordics (30% of the Swedish market) and already present in multiple markets across the globe. We are changing the way food is produced: more sustainably, more cost effectively, while eliminating the overprocessing and bad stuff that is common in food production. Founded in 1999, the company employs 25 people across production and office functions and operates from its headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden.
One of the key strategic priorities for us in 2026 is to expand Micvac’s presence in the UK chilled ready meals market, particularly within mainstream retail. This is why we are looking for a Business Developer (UK) who will play a key role driving market penetration in the UK by Micvac’s solution in chilled meals segment. The role focuses on leveraging and strengthening relationships with leading food producers and major retailers, converting existing product ranges to Micvac technology, and strengthening Micvac’s brand presence to create retailer-driven demand. This role acts as a bridge between producers and retailers, supporting local adoption of our technology and enabling successful commercialization.
