A public safety organization in Northfleet is seeking a Business Analyst to support the new Contact Management Salesforce solution aimed at improving victim support. The role requires experience in information analysis and process mapping. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented and have a good understanding of the Contact Management command. This is a full-time position, with a starting salary of £40,890.00, offering significant growth potential.

The IT Services Programme Delivery team are looking for two Business Analyst roles, one to support Kent Police and one to support Essex Police on the delivery of the new Contact Management Salesforce solution for Victim Journey, National MyPolice Portal and Customer Relationship Management systems over a two-year secondment. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the development of cutting-edge technology to improve how victims of crime are supported, both locally and nationally.
The Business Analyst role will help shape the system development by working with the Contact Management command, mapping existing and to-be processes, ensuring the new technology meets the business needs.
Kent Police and Essex Police therefore require a detail-driven and organised individual with knowledge of the Contact Management command.
Previous experience in mapping business process flows is desirable but not essential as training will be offered to the successful candidate.
There are two roles available, one for Kent and one for Essex.

The role will be primarily Agile home worker based, with some travel potentially required between Kent and Essex for meetings which will be covered by force mileage.

Kent Policeoffer incremental increases within this salary band, therefore the salary for this position will rise to a maximum of£47,505.00.
Kent Police and Essex Police have separate salary grading systems therefore the salary for this position will be dependent on which home office force you are appointed to. This will be discussed with the successful applicant before a final offer is made.
