Business Analyst – Change Management – Front Office – Investment Management

Our client, a leading Investment Management firm based in the City of London, are looking for a Business Analyst to join them on a permanent basis. This will be joining their Business Change team supporting a variety of programmes across the business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Public Markets team across a range of key Change and Transformation initiatives that have business wide impacts. Alongside this, you will aid in the design and implementation of a new Target Operating Model to support the Front Office

The ideal candidate will have consistent experience working within the Investment Management arena.

Key Skills:

• Over 7 years of experience working as a Business Analyst
• Prior experience of analysing and designing new Target Operating Models
• Demonstrated knowledge of Front Office asset classes (e.g. Equities, Derivatives etc.)
• Detailed knowledge of Business Change Management processes and efficiencies
• Investment Management experience is critical for this role
