A local government authority in London is seeking an Apprentice for the Operational Support team in Adult Social Care. This role involves providing administrative support, processing referrals, and interacting with customers. The ideal candidate is committed to learning, has strong communication skills, and resides within the London Borough of Enfield. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an apprentice to join the Operational Support team in Adult Social Care. The team provides administrative and front-facing support to a wide range of teams across Adult Social Care, including safeguarding vulnerable adults, carrying out mental health assessments and setting up/reviewing support for adults with social care needs. Operational support officers process referrals, input and correct data, handle customer queries by phone, email or face-to-face at reception, and use the finance system to process orders for adult social care provisions.
