Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Blockchain Architect for a 6-month contract in the UK. This role involves designing architecture for a blockchain-based digital identity framework and requires proven expertise in Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Corda, along with direct experience in Financial Services (KYC/AML). The position offers hybrid working arrangements and an attractive pay rate, primarily remote with client travel when necessary.

Role: Blockchain Architect
Type: Contract (6 Months)
Location: UK, Hybrid Working (Primarily remote, Client Travel always agreed in advance if needed and cost's covered by client)
Payrate: 435 - 522 per day Inside IR35 on UMB
327 - 393 per day on PAYE

• Core Objective: Design and build the architecture for a blockchain-based digital identity (KYC/AML) and secure customer data exchange framework, integrated with AI-based onboarding.
• Key Deliverables: Define architecture, design smart contracts/workflows, and ensure regulatory alignment with compliance teams.
• Essential Experience:
  • Proven expertise in Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Corda.
  • Direct experience in Financial Services (especially KYC/AML).
  • Deep understanding of data privacy and blockchain interoperability.
  • Strong ability to influence and drive consensus among diverse teams.
