Qualifications

  • Strong business development and relationship management skills, preferably in an intermediated environment.
  • Good understanding of the buy to let mortgage market landscape covering regulatory, technical and legislative changes.
  • Experience in financial services, preferably focused on mortgages.
  • Ability to read and use Management Information efficiently.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in various environments.
  • In-depth understanding of risk, compliance, and regulatory changes.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver specialized support and service for both new and existing accounts.
  • Manage an established territory with ambitious targets.
  • Build collaborative relationships with mortgage intermediary partners.
  • Carry out broker appointments to develop business.
  • Track risks in the intermediary mortgage market and educate brokers.
