Why be a B2B Finance Business Partner in Nutrition?

THG Nutrition B2B is a high-growth channel within the Nutrition division, focused on wholesale, distribution, and strategic partnerships across global markets. The B2B team works with retailers, distributors, and commercial partners to expand the reach of THG\'s leading nutrition brands, including Myprotein. The finance team plays a critical role in supporting commercial negotiations, pricing strategy, margin optimisation, and performance tracking.

Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a high-impact Finance Business Partner to support our B2B and Retail teams. This is a pivotal role with exposure to senior stakeholders and commercial decision-making. Youll be instrumental in shaping strategy, optimising performance, and driving financial control across a fast-growing global channel.

As a B2B Finance Business Partner you will:

• Partner with B2B commercial teams to shape pricing strategies, margin optimisation, and deal structuring.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles for B2B channels, ensuring alignment with divisional targets.
• Provide actionable financial insight and challenge to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
• Review and support commercial proposals and distributor agreements including scrutinising promotional plans and wider customer investments.
• Monitor and report on key KPIs including revenue, margin, and customer performance.
• Support onboarding of new B2B partners from a financial perspective.
• Drive improvements in forecasting and reporting tools
• Collaborate with wider divisional and central finance functions to ensure accurate accounting and compliance.
• Champion continuous improvement across finance operations.

What skills and experience do I need for this role?

• Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) with proven business partnering experience.
• Whilst not a requirement, experience in FMCG, retail, or B2B environments is highly desirable as well as prior business partnering experience.
• Commercially sharp, analytically strong, and confident in influencing senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Proactive, resilient, and driven to challenge the status quo.
