Assistant Site Manager

We are presently recruiting for a young, ambitious Assistant Site Manager to join an exciting residential developer who are focused on high end developments. They are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join their team on a project in Godalming, starting up in January 2016 and lasting into the summer when the next project will start.

Location and Salary

Location: Godalming, Surrey

Region: South East

Salary: £25-35,000

Requirements

• You should have experience of working within residential construction projects either on new build or refurbishment projects.
• Either come from a trade background or Trainee Site Manager.
• Have had health and safety training.

Responsibilities

This role involves supporting the site team in delivering high-end residential developments, coordinating trades, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining safety practices on site. The successful candidate will be prepared to progress, grow knowledge, and be able to run their own projects with full training.
