Architectural Technologist / Technician Part 3

Up to £48k dependent on experience

Guide residential clients from concept to completion?

This client really prides themselves on turning bold ideas into carefully crafted spaces that work beautifully in the real world. We’re now looking for an Architect Pt 3, Technician / Technologist who can do more than draw – someone who can meet with our clients, listen, advise, and then lead their vision through planning, building regulations and right the way to delivery, working and collaborating with team members.

What you’ll do

• Take projects from concept design through planning, building regulations and construction.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings, conduct surveys and site measurements.
• Ensure all work meets UK building regulations and industry standards.
• Use Vectorworks and related / similar technologies with confidence to deliver accurate, efficient designs.) Vectorworks experience not essential.

What we’re looking for

• A proven track record as an Architectural Technician / Technologist in residential projects
• Expertise in producing technical drawings.
• Driving licence and own car
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations (essential).
• Skilled in architectural software. Revit works ideally
• Someone equally at home in front of a client as on site – you’ll need confidence, empathy, and communication skills to match your technical ability.
• A problem-solver who can manage projects and keep them moving smoothly from start to finish.
