Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Undergraduate Medical Education team. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work as an Undergraduate Administrator within the Undergraduate Medical Education Department at United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. This position will be based at Lincoln County Hospital and the successful candidate will work to support the delivery of Undergraduate Medical Education on all hospital sites.

This post would suit a highly motivated and organised individual with good attention to detail. The primary function of this post is to support undergraduate medical education by managing undergraduate modules delivered within the Trust. You will be required to plan and produce timetables and placement plans, liaising with medical staff and other allied health professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and produce timetables and placement plans for undergraduate modules.
  • Liaise with medical staff and other allied health professionals to support delivery of teaching.
  • Set up teaching rooms for lectures, training sessions, exams, etc., including moving and handling furniture as required.
  • Familiarity with setting up display IT equipment to support teaching.
  • Familiarise yourself with clinical skills equipment as needed for teaching sessions.
  • Liaise with volunteer patients who support teaching and assist with running exam skills workshops.
  • Support the administration of undergraduate medical education within the Trust and undertake other general administrative duties within the education centre as required.
