A global investment firm in Birmingham is seeking a detail-oriented Team Assistant with over 2 years of experience. You will manage diaries, coordinate travel, and serve as the point of contact for clients. This role provides an excellent opportunity for growth towards becoming an Executive Assistant, within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The assignment is for 12-18 months, with a focus on in-office work.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an assistant or coordinator role.

  • Own the diaries! Manage complex calendars for busy bankers (Associate level and above).
  • Be the scheduling hero: Coordinate meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones.
  • Jet-set planner: Organise international and domestic travel with flair.
  • Keep things moving: Handle expenses, invoices, and admin tasks like a pro.
  • Be the go-to support: Help with team queries and pitch in where needed.
  • Team player bonus: Provide phone and holiday coverage when needed.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years’ experiencein an assistant or coordinator - This is a MUST as you need to be experienced with managing diaries
