Job Description

Our London office is on the lookout for an Account Director to join our forces within the Creative Solutions division. Here you will help drive and grow our active international roster of brands, ensuring that clients achieve their objectives by using music and sound more strategically, creatively and effectively – from music management, research and testing, activations and campaign music, through to sonic branding and wider music strategy.

You will be allocated a fitting portfolio of international clients to manage as client lead. Across each account, you will have a bunch of remarkable Account Managers, Creative Strategists and Music Producers working with you to deliver projects under your guidance; therefore, an understanding of leading teams and achieving synergy within a trusted group of team members is key.

To your team, you are the pinnacle of branding knowledge, as well as the trusted expert for every brand you oversee: you establish the strategic agenda, delivering creative opportunities with the ultimate goal of driving brand strength through the power of sound and in turn, significant commercial success. You also strengthen the broader business growth ambition with initiatives such as pitching alongside the business development team or unlocking new opportunities through your extensive network.

When it comes to relationships, you maintain and strengthen them thanks to your calmness and confidence. People enjoy working with you because you bring smart thinking to the table and aren’t afraid to challenge others if you disagree.

Main Job Duties
  • You have proven and extensive experience in an Account Director-level brand/account management role
  • You have a full understanding of advertising, marketing, and brand strategy
  • Brand analysis, strategy process, brand development, and growth rock your boat
  • You confidently lead teams and guide workflows to consistently deliver success and growth
  • You have the proven ability to develop and maintain mid to senior-level client relationships
  • You proactively identify where opportunities lie for Massive to expand each brand opportunity, increasing revenue on an ongoing basis
  • You embrace the responsibility of nurturing every account, track of work, and team member
