A care service provider in Birmingham seeks an experienced Leaving Care Personal Advisor for a 3-month contract. Birmingham Children’s Trust is seeking a dedicated and motivated 18 Leaving Care Personal Advisor to support young people transitioning from care into adulthood. The postholder will provide guidance, advocacy and practical assistance to care leavers aged 18 and over helping them to access education, employment, training, housing and health services. This role is central to empowering young people to achieve independence, stability and positive life outcomes while ensuring their voices are heard in planning and decision-making.
