- Provide exceptional treatments to SPA clients while ensuring Palace-level service in terms of customer relations, hygiene standards, and personal presentation.
- Conduct an in-depth consultation with each client prior to treatment to ensure that their medical history and interests are taken into account.
- Have a good knowledge of products and treatment standards.
- Be responsible for the daily maintenance of equipment, products, cleanliness, and hygiene in the treatment preparation and treatment areas.
- Follow the procedures for opening and closing the treatment rooms.
- Encourage clients to return to the spa by recommending ongoing sports programs and promoting other spa services.
- Have strong interpersonal skills. Be available and attentive to clients.
- Be able to adapt to a diverse and demanding clientele.
- Be proficient in the use of office tools (as well as professional software such as Concept Spa).
- Be thorough and organized in your work.
- Fluency in English; a third language is desirable.
- Ability to handle emergency situations.
- Similar experience in a hotel establishment of the same category.
- Beauty therapy diploma: CAP minimum.
