Financial Services & Insurance (FSI) Architecture Leader

Role: We are seeking a seasoned Technology Leader with deep understanding of interlock between Business and IT operating model and proven ability to drive transformative outcomes for clients in the Financial Services sectors. You’ll collaborate with customer CxOs and the Oracle cross-functional team to design and deliver AI-native industry solutions.

Your role will span the full lifecycle from early-stage strategy opportunity qualification to designing and delivering solution architecture combining the technology expertise with deep understanding of industry drivers and business models.

What you will do

As the FSI Architecture Leader, you will work closely with customer CxOs and lead collaboration with Oracle cross-functional teams and the partners where necessary for designing and delivering solutions for strategic transformation programs. You will evaluate the technical and commercial viability of business opportunities and drive customer and partner engagements from pre-sales to delivery stage. With deep expertise in bringing the Business and Technology architectures together in an FSI business, you will be responsible for.

• Leading advisory engagement at senior level within strategically important FSI customers
• Leveraging your unique blend of technology and industry expertise, manage collaboration with platform architects, account cloud engineers and specialist black belts to formulate solutions and implementation roadmap for strategic transformation programs.
• Managing engagement with customer’s key stakeholders, partners, and the Oracle cross-functional team throughout the sales cycle and program governance support
• Develop team expertise and cultivate mindset for industry focused strategic solution propositions
• Mentor team members and build relationship with key partners

• Proven track record in leading client engagement for transformation initiatives
• Strong cross-functional leadership across sales, product management, and partners.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate value propositions and presenting to client executives to secure their buy-in
• Integrating emerging technologies such as AI in industry specific business environments
• Building deep relationships with Oracle X-LOB team and partners
• Industry leadership through engagement in industry forums and publications
• Managing sales and commercial engagement

• Deep industry and technology expertise (Having worked for a company within the FSI Industry)
• Ability to quickly qualify strategic opportunities from technical and commercial perspectives
• Executive communication and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary Oracle teams and engagement with partners

Responsible for engaging with strategic and more complex customers, builds leadership relationships at multiple levels within organizations in order to design and implement solutions. Acts as an acknowledged authority for customers and sales on technical cloud solutions and customer success. Viewed by peers as a leader and top contributor and by line management as a key business partner. Identifies gaps and enhancements to influence engineering roadmaps for customer driven features.
