About this role:

We seek a Technical Support Engineer to support our operations in the French market. This full-time role is suitable for a qualified electrician with experience in solar energy, especially hybrid systems. You will provide support to installers, end-customers, and distribution partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and on-site visits for solar and hybrid systems.
• Serve as the first contact point for installers and end-customers in French, resolving technical issues professionally.
• Assist distribution partners with troubleshooting and technical queries.
• Conduct technical training sessions in French for installers and distributors, both in-person and online.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes.
• Keep updated with product developments, standards, and regulations in the French solar market.

Requirements:

• Certified electrician with relevant credentials in France.
• Experience in solar energy, especially hybrid inverters and energy storage.
• Excellent communication skills in French and proficiency in English.
• Ability to provide remote support and travel when necessary.
• Experience with technical documentation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
