Job summary
A leading executive search firm is seeking a Director to support the execution of IT Strategy and Business Transformation. This role involves coordinating the leadership team and managing key transformation projects within a global corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in strategy consulting and a proven ability to communicate IT Master Plans effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience in strategy consulting or digital/business consulting in large organizations.
- Proven track record in communicating IT Master Plans.
- Expertise in managing transformation programs.
Responsibilities
- Support the leadership team in defining and communicating the IT Strategy.
- Lead transversal activities and oversee execution of action plans.
- Facilitate the acceleration of the Global IT Operating Model deployment.

Fast Transformation company. We are seeking Director position to support Strategy and Business Transformation execution. Corporate position, worldwide.
- Support the leadership team in defining and communicating the IT Strategy and Business Platform master plan (vision, roadmap, progress and value)
- Lead transversal activities of the team and follow the execution of the action plans
- Lead key projects within the IT Strategy and Business
- Facilitate the acceleration of the Global IT Operating Model deployment, enhancing CIO visibility and IT efficiency across Business Domains
- Formalise the portfolio of solutions and their value propositions, on a range of Business areas
- Advised and supported TOM projects while standardizing key cross-functional roles and aligning local IT teams responsibilities
- Liaise with Business Relationship Managers, Business Advisory teams and group regions teams to define their deployment roadmaps
- Ensure platform delivery roadmaps are aligned to deliver the value proposition
- Prepare and participate to the key decision bodies to ensure that short and mid-term priorities and delivery plans are aligned
Experience in strategy consulting firm or Digital Strategy / Business Consulting role into large corporate organizations
Proven track record on communication of IT Master Plans
Expertise and proven success on managing transformation program
