Cycloid focuses on platform engineering done right. We optimize the developer experience and operational efficiency by accelerating the delivery of a portal and platform, alleviating the cognitive load on IT teams and advocating for FinOps & Green IT practices. With our Internal Developer Portal and Platform, you don’t need to start from scratch to get a fully customized solution.
Platform teams design, build and run the platform enabling end-users to visualize, deploy and manage existing and new projects, interact with cutting-edge DevOps and Cloud automation without the need to become an expert, while keeping best practices in place, cloud expenses under control with a minimum carbon footprint.
Cycloid is an Internal Developer Platform and an internal developer Portal with modules around self-service portal and platform orchestration, project lifecycle and ressources management, FinOps and GreenOps and plugins. It can be consumed through the console, in CLI or in API.

Cycloid is on the lookout for an experienced Senior product Designer with strong frontend development skills to elevate our platform. Operating in a fully remote environment, we welcome from anywhere in Europe candidates who are passionate about shaping exceptional user experiences. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Thomas, our lead designer, along with talented people from product, frontend, backend, and DevOps teams.

This skill set not only fosters a deeper understanding of the development process but also empowers designers to bring their ideas to life efficiently. • Responsibilities
  • Craft new product features, creating and iterating prototypes and high-fidelity visuals.
  • Collaborate with people from technical teams, including frontend, backend, and devOps, to establish feature requirements and validate design proposals.
  • Bring your designs to life by implementing and coding them yourself, or working closely with frontend developers to translate design vision into high-quality Vue.js code.
  • Participate in design critiques and contribute to a collaborative and innovative design culture.
• Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in product design.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality visual, interface, and interaction designs, paired with clear and effective communication skills.
  • Able to write code (HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript). We value your ability to independently implement visual changes and understand both the possibilities and limitations.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including software developers, and excellent communication skills.
  • Professional/native English speaker, based in Europe.
