A prestigious academic institution in France is looking for an Academic Services Specialist to support students and staff in academic processes. Responsibilities include student assistance, managing academic calendars, and updating digital platforms. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and strong communication skills, with full proficiency in French and English. This is a fixed-term contract running from January to June 2026.
The Academic Services Specialist will work alongside the Academic Services Team providing support linked to the delivery of learning activities of the courses: he/she will assist students and academic staff in the academic process and documentation development.
Bachelor’s degree
Previous professional experience in other Academic Institutions
Strong interest in fostering a caring and supportive approach
Excellent communications skills, organizational skills, accuracy and proactive approach
A team player, with strong administrative skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with attention to details
Practical approach to problem-solving and results-driven attitude French language - full proficiency required
English language – full proficiency required Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office essential
Interest in career and employability development, passion for higher education
Extensive understanding of French and British education systems
Fixed term contrat from January 2026 to June 2026.
