Role Overview
- Position: Medical Content Developer – Contract, Remote
- Commitment: 20 hours per week, Duration: 2 months
- Combine clinical expertise with language mastery to train AI models in healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Translate and synthesize complex medical concepts into structured rubrics for AI training.
- Write fluently in both French and English, ensuring accurate terminology and nuanced expression.
- Provide insights specific to French healthcare, ensuring linguistic accuracy in clinical contexts.
- Collaborate with reviewers and peers to refine content.
Requirements / Qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications
- Native-level fluency in French with strong written and spoken English.
- Advanced degree (MD, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related healthcare field).
- 2–6+ years of medical practice, research, or healthcare-related professional experience.
- Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills. Experience in medical writing, instructional design, or academic publishing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with grading, instructional design, or rubric development.
- Familiarity with generative AI models or machine learning concepts.
