You’ll be a pioneer in new GTM markets (UK/Northern Europe) that Brevo is strategically expanding into. Unlike our established French core market, this is bootstrap territory - requiring an intrapreneurial mindset, resourcefulness, and the ability to build from the ground up. You and your AE partner will forge new paths, test approaches, and establish Brevo's presence in these markets. You'll operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment where success requires sharp focus, continuous learning, and the ability to master intricate product knowledge while also adapting on the fly.

Your impact at Brevo:
  • Expert Outbound Prospecting:
    • Targeted cold calling to Marketing/CRM decision makers
    • Creation of personalized multitouch sequences (20 days)
    • Strategic selection: Target premium accounts curated by leadership. You are empowered to suggest new accounts: we value your initiative and market insights.
  • Qualified Meeting Generation:
    • Pitch the right product to the right persona and company profile <20 seconds
    • Convert interest into quality AE meetings
    • Objective: 5-7 SQO/month in a stimulating and merit-based environment
  • Performance & evolution:
    • Your objective: SQO generated: 5-7/month with a progressive target ramp up on the 1st quarter
    • Your success KPIs:
      • Conversion/conversation rate
      • SQL/SQO rate
      • Number of meetings booked
    • Your ramp-up:
      • Months 1-2: Intensive onboarding with the team
      • Months 3-5: Secure ramp-up (guaranteed degressive commission)
      • Evolution prospects: AE/TL, from 18 months onwards, based on results & availability!

  • Your manager: Elie Abi Nader - BDR Team Lead for 2 years, now Head of BDR. joined Brevo through Captain Wallet acquisition. Management style: collaborative, hands-on, and performance-oriented approach.
  • Your team: You'll be part of a team of 7 Enterprise BDRs, but you will be closely working cross functionally with 2 AE in a trio system.
  • Tech environment: Active participation in improving our developing Brevo CRM - your feedback drives progress!

  • Minimum 1 year in BDR/SDR in B2B Tech universe on the UK / Northern European market
  • Mastery of outbound prospecting and cold calling
