A leading hotel management company is seeking a Food & Beverage Director to oversee strategic operations across over 240 hotels. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in F&B management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive financial performance. This role offers remote working options and requires fluency in English, with French preferred.

You will be in charge of leading directing and guiding all aspects of Food & Beverage (F&B) vision and operations to achieve our objectives in terms of reputational financial operational and ESG performance. You will provide support and advice to VPOs AGMs and GMs to maximize F&B financial and non-financial performance. You will give advice and recommendations to the Excom on F&B strategy and priorities. You will work very closely with brand teams and procurement in aligning and achieving the ambitions.
You will be based if possible in Paris and will report to our Chief Operating Officer for Sofitel Sofitel Legend MGallery & Emblems. According to the profile of the candidate the location can be subject to discussion.
