• Own end-to-end product design for workflows, developer tools, and AI agent experiences.
• Translate complex technical concepts, APIs, and automation workflows into intuitive and delightful interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with founders, engineers, and product leaders to rapidly ship and iterate on designs.
• Conduct lean user research, usability testing, and feedback loops to validate design decisions.
• Maintain and evolve the product design system and ensure consistency across all interfaces.
• Advocate for users, balancing usability, technical feasibility, and business goals.
• Drive projects forward with a bias toward action, focusing on practical execution over theory.

• 5+ years of product design experience, with demonstrated ownership from concept to production.
• Background in startups, ideally in early-stage or high-growth environments.
• Experience designing developer-facing tools, workflows, automation products, or AI-driven interfaces.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, multi-hat responsibilities, and fast-paced execution.
• Strong balance of UX, UI, and product thinking; portfolio demonstrating both design craft and speed.
• Technical fluency, with comfort working with APIs, JSON, logs, traces, and technical workflows.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with no-code platforms or AI/automation products.
• Familiarity with conversational AI or voice agent systems.
• Prior experience shaping a design system and product identity at scale.
