Are you in?

As a Channel Manager DACH, you will work directly with the Head of Sales DACH to identify, develop and support our resellers and business partners.

With your marketing and sales expertise, your partnership management skills and your strategic vision, you will play a central role in boosting indirect sales and maximising opportunities in DACH.

It is your job to build your own partner portfolio through active, structured and targeted acquisition. You will lay the foundation for a solid and sustainable network, which you will then continuously develop and manage.

  • FIND & SUPPORT PARTNERS You identify and acquire new business partners/resellers while promoting our software solutions and develop and manage co-marketing programmes with our partners – from conception to implementation.

  • MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS You will build strong relationships with strategic partners and strengthen relationships with integrators and distributors to maximise opportunities for collaboration.

  • SUPPORT PARTNERS You will support partners in acquisition, presentations and sales demonstrations.

  • COORDINATE CAMPAIGNS You plan cross-channel campaigns together with internal teams – e.g. digital lead generation, content marketing, webinars and events.

  • GENERATE LEADS You generate leads through partner initiatives and ensure their conversion into business opportunities.

  • STRATEGY You observe, analyse and monitor the market ecosystem (events, networks, etc.), identifying trends to anticipate the needs of partners.

  • ORGANISE EVENTS You organise events and training courses to strengthen indirect sales and further develop the skills of partners.

  • FORMULATING SOLUTIONS You develop target group-specific content and materials for partner campaigns that optimally present our solutions.

  • PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT You analyse the customer journey from awareness to conversion and derive optimisations – taking regional characteristics into account

  • BUDGET OVERVIEW You are responsible for the partner marketing budget and work closely with the Head of Sales, tracking KPIs and regular reporting.

  • SHAPE ENABLEMENT You will work with various teams to create sales and marketing documents, newsletters and onboarding materials, and organise enablement sessions and webinars

  • HAVE FUN You will find your place in our colourful and collegial environment
