A dynamic digital advertising firm is seeking a B2B Digital Sales Specialist fluent in German and English. This fully remote position involves engaging B2B leads through cold calling and developing a strong sales pipeline. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales and a solid background in business development. The role offers a gross monthly salary of 4,300 BGN, a target bonus of 2,000 BGN, and relocation support if needed.

B2B Digital Sales Specialist (German & English) – Fully Remote | Sofia
We are hiring a B2B Digital Sales Specialist with native-level German and strong cold calling experience to join an international, tech-driven sales team.
This is a full-time fully remote role, contracted in Sofia, within a dynamic digital advertising / tech environment, offering stability, career growth, and relocation support if needed.
- Conduct outbound cold calling to identify, qualify, and engage B2B leads
- Apply structured business development and lead qualification methodologies
- Build, manage, and develop a strong sales pipeline
- Understand customer needs and propose tailored digital solutions
- Contribute directly to revenue growth and sales targets
- Native-level German (mandatory)
- Fluent English
- Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling sales experience
- Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification methodologies
- Experience in tech, SaaS, or digital advertising is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset
- Full-time contract, Monday–Friday (09:00–18:00)
- Fully remote role (Bulgarian contract – Sofia)
- Gross monthly base salary: 4,300 BGN
- Target bonus: 2,000 BGN (quarterly)
