We are seeking a Senior VAT Tax Analyst. The Tax team manages global tax strategies, compliance, planning, and filings.

• Oversee VAT compliance across multiple EMEA jurisdictions, ensuring timely filing and payment.
• Manage hotel taxes in EMEA, including tourism, occupancy, and local taxes.
• Review and analyze data from ERP systems for VAT filings, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members on VAT matters and compliance.
• Perform quarter-end reconciliations and journal entries.
• Support VAT audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries.
• Maintain records of VAT transactions and filings for audits.
• Provide VAT and tourist tax advice to local teams, monitor regulation changes, and advise on impacts.

• Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related; VAT certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 years in VAT compliance and advisory within EMEA. Familiarity with VAT regulations, reporting, and ERP systems.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, independence, multitasking, excellent communication, proficiency in Excel.
• Languages: Fluent in English; additional EMEA languages (French, German, Spanish) a plus.
