N+1 Executive, a recruitment agency specializing in executive and managerial searches, is seeking a Responsable Événementiel & Partenariats (H/F) for a major player in the veterinary and health sector. This is a permanent position based in Paris.

In a context of strong business growth, you will join a dynamic organization where you will oversee large-scale event operations, working directly with conference centers, service providers, and strategic partners.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Managing overall event coordination: planning, operational follow-up, logistics, reporting, etc.
2. Analyzing feedback through satisfaction surveys and post-event evaluations.
3. Supporting regional teams in organizing local events.

Requirements:

• Higher education in event management, communication, or project management.
• At least 3 years of experience in managing complex B2B events, ideally in institutional, nonprofit, or professional environments.
