We’re looking for a Senior Brand Designer to take our creative output to the next level. Today, we have a growing junior designer and exploding design needs across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps. From personalized videos that help close enterprise deals to scalable brand systems used across campaigns, this role will own the visual direction and ensure sunday’s brand is world-class, consistent, and effective.

You’ll be at the center of shaping how our brand is experienced — by prospects, clients, and partners — while building scalable design tools that help the entire team move faster. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong craft with strategic thinking and is excited by the pace of a high-growth startup. This role will be hybrid/remote and can be based in Paris or London.

• Brand Ownership: Lead and evolve sunday’s visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and recognition.
• Creative Production: Design high-quality assets across formats — motion, video, digital, and print.
• Sales Enablement: Create personalized, enterprise-ready assets (videos, decks, one-pagers) that directly support Sales.
• Marketing Impact: Deliver creative that powers campaigns, improves engagement, and strengthens our market presence.
• Design Systems & Templates: Build and maintain scalable toolkits, templates, and guidelines for Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.
• Process & Efficiency: Streamline workflows and set up processes to handle increasing design demand at scale.
• Mentorship: Support and develop junior design talent, raising the overall creative bar across the team.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to translate business needs into impactful creative solutions.
• Product Design Appetite: Able to partner closely with product designers, understand their constraints, and ensure seamless alignment between brand and product experiences.

• 5+ years of experience in a start-up or agency environment.
• Brand Design Expertise: Proven ability to create and scale visual identities and design systems.
• Multi-Format Craft: Strong portfolio across motion design, video, digital campaigns, and print.
• Sales & Marketing Design: Experience producing creative assets that directly impact pipeline and engagement.
• Tools Mastery: Expert in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere), and motion design tools.
• Business Orientation: Understands how design drives brand growth, pipeline, and customer engagement.
• Efficiency & Scalability: Skilled at building toolkits, templates, and processes that make teams faster and more consistent.
• Soft Skills: Strong communicator, collaborative mindset, proactive ownership, ability to mentor others, and thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
• Balanced Approach: Someone who strives for design excellence while making sure each output supports the right business goals and communicates effectively.
• Product Design Affinity: Comfortable navigating and manipulating product design assets, ensuring brand consistency even within product-driven contexts.
• Industry Plus: Familiarity with the restaurant and hospitality industry is a strong plus.
