- Project management work, workshops and trainings at our national and international customers for our specific software solutions CR / DS-CR
- Active participation in the requirements and process analysis as well as documentation of the implementation
- Configuration of the ZUKEN solution according to customer requirements
- Responsibility for adherence to budget, quality and delivery dates
- Development and implementation of customer-specific test concepts and plans
- Commissioning of our software and database solutions according to customer requirements
- Processing of technical support requests in the area of ZUKEN solutions
