A leading international agri-food company in France is seeking a M&A/Governance Lawyer to join its expanding Legal Affairs Department. This role involves coordinating M&A projects, drafting contractual documentation, and participating in governance meetings. Ideal candidates will have a Master II in business law/DJCE and 2 to 5 years of M&A experience. Strong drafting skills and excellent business English are essential for success. Qualifications
2 to 5 years of experience in M&A and/or private equity.
Law firm experience preferred.
Excellent drafting, analytical, and synthesis abilities.
Responsabilités
Coordinate M&A projects and oversee operational aspects.
Assist in structuring and development of projects.
Conduct and supervise due diligence.
Draft and review contractual documentation.
