The team consists of : - VP AI and AI Director providing leadership- Senior Data Scientists and Engineers- Product Managers driving AI product strategy

• Build personalization systems that adapt our platform to each customer\'s unique context and needs
• Optimize RAG architectures for knowledge retrieval, embedding strategies, and multi-modal data processing
• Deploy ML models to production using Kubernetes and modern MLOps practices on GCP
• Create intelligent targeting models for audience selection and content optimization
• Monitor and measure impact of AI features, ensuring ROI and performance standards
• Collaborate with product teams to identify and prototype new AI capabilities

• 5+ years of Python experience in production environments
• Strong experience with LLMs and RAG systems (vector databases, embeddings, retrieval optimization)
• Proven track record deploying and monitoring ML models at scale
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and Kubernetes
• Ability to work with diverse data types (text, web content, structured data)
