As part of the regional creative team, you are the key point of contact for the availability, quality, and compliance of all visual assets (images and videos) for the group’s prestige brands (Shiseido, Clé de Peau Beauté, Nars). Your mission is to lead the management, production, and distribution of visual content, ensuring seamless adaptation and consistency across all EMEA markets, in close partnership with our producer Picto.

You work closely with marketing, merchandising, local markets, brand holders, and external partners to guarantee operational and creative excellence.

In 2017, Shiseido entered a partnership with Picto as its producer, introducing the ADSAPP solution powered by Networth’s brand‑thinking asset management solution which helps brands safeguard their identity and communications codes worldwide.

• Develop dynamic guidelines for asset adaptation across various platforms (on and offline).
• Coordinate production of ready‑to‑print files for POSM needs from technical brief to ready‑to‑print files and BAT. Control of all technical aspects of the files.
• Oversee specific requests: translations, technical adaptations, cross‑media versions, in collaboration with Picto and external partners.
• Propose creative solutions for out‑of‑guideline or event‑related requests.
• Manage day‑to‑day Adsapp orders & adhoc market requests (on and offline, static and video): translations, resizes, technical adaptations.
• Ensure compliance with brand codes, regional creative guidelines (on and offline) and technical specifications for market requests.
• Work in collaboration with Picto or external producers to propose solutions for out of guidelines/specific or unusual cross‑media (on and offline) requests: hoarding, underground stations, street marketing…and coordinate approvals on the subject.

• Centralize, organize, and make available all image and video content on the DAM platform (ADSAPP), ensuring easy access for internal teams and markets.
• Manage usage rights, monitor expiration dates, and ensure asset compliance.
• Continuously optimize upload, sharing, and reporting processes to streamline content management.
• Support and train teams on tools and processes.

• Prepare budget forecasts related to image production.
• Manage purchase orders, market re‑invoicing, and ensure rigorous tracking of key performance indicators.

• Proven experience in image / video production management, ideally in luxury or beauty.
• Proficient in Adobe tools (InDesign, Photoshop), Excel, PowerPoint, and DAM platforms.
• Strong technical background (print files, dynamic guidelines, multi‑channel adaptation).
• Organized, proactive, rigorous, with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Creative, solution‑oriented, and committed to high‑quality execution.
• Fluent in English (daily interactions with markets).
