A Canadian-listed gold developer is seeking a Travel and HR Coordinator to manage travel logistics and support HR functions at a remote mine site in Côte d'Ivoire. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and English, have at least 3 years of experience, and possess strong organizational skills. Qualifications

About the Role

Montage Gold is a Canadian-listed gold developer advancing the $850 million Koné Gold Project , one of West Africa’s largest gold mine developments.

We’re hiring a Travel and HR Coordinator to support personnel logistics and HR functions at our remote mine site in Côte d'Ivoire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a landmark project while enjoying global travel benefits and a highly competitive compensation package.

This position requires an individual who can commence within the next 4–5 weeks.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate end-to-end travel logistics for local and international personnel, including flights, visas, ground transport, and accommodation
  • Manage frequent, time-sensitive travel changes in a fast-paced and reactive environment
  • Support HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, personnel records, and site compliance
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of personnel movements, rotations, leave balances, and visas
  • Prepare and maintain reports related to headcount, roster planning, and travel costs
  • Liaise with corporate teams, travel providers, and contractors
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all HR and personnel-related documentation
What We're Looking For
  • Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)
  • 3+ years’ experience in HR coordination, travel coordination, or site administration, ideally within mining, construction, or remote operations
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills
  • Ability to manage a high-volume, reactive workload with competing priorities
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable living and working on a remote site on a rotational basis
  • Availability to commence within the next 4–5 weeks is strongly preferred
