Ubisoft recherche un Programmeur d'outils pour rejoindre son équipe à Lyon. Vous serez responsable de la conception et de l'amélioration des systèmes et outils utilisés dans la production de jeux vidéo, en utilisant des langages de programmation tels que C++ et C#. Qualifications

  • Expérience significative en programmation C++/C#.

Production:

Principal missions:

  • Design and implement systems and tools dedicated to game production.
  • Continuously improve these tools to enhance comfort, efficiency, and productivity of artists and designers.
  • Design and implement procedural content generation systems (roads, signs, vegetation, terrains, rivers, electrical networks, etc.).
  • Work on human-machine interfaces.
  • Analyze existing functions within the engine and explore potential improvements.
  • Develop tools and technology to guide world-building processes.
  • Identify and fix bugs in tools reported by other departments and testers, including quality control teams.
  • Improve user experience.

Knowledge Maintenance:

  • Keep up-to-date with technological advances and test new solutions.
  • Gather and understand development needs, assessing their feasibility to better serve the production team.

Qualifications:

  • Higher education degree in computer science or software engineering.
  • Significant experience in programming with C++, C#, or WPF.
  • Strong understanding of mathematical principles related to 3D (matrices, vectors).
  • Knowledge of software development principles: analysis, implementation, optimization, debugging.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Team spirit, collaboration, autonomy, and rigor.
