The role involves managing and growing the MWM gas genset business, developing customer relationships, and coordinating sales proposals. Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in sales and/or project management.

  • Knowledge of industrial customers in refining, chemical, and power generation.

Job profile
  • Services Sales Representative of MWM France in France and potentially in Africa
  • Full ownership of MWM gas genset (and extended MWM portfolio) business grow in the region, for aftermarket service (sale of maintenance contracts, sale of maintenance or improvement work and sale of spare parts ...) and in near future for New eqt
  • Management and coordination of technical and commercial proposal negotiation with Direct customers
  • Prospection and follow-up
  • Follow-up of orders until the end of the work and financial recovery of business
  • Monitoring and updating the customer base and the fleet
  • Ensuring a high level of forecasting accuracy for incoming orders
  • Supervision of preparation of technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with other stake holders within MWM head office
Requirements profiles
  • Successfully completed engineering or business degree
  • Specialization in mechanical engineering/industrial engineering/electrical engineering or equivalent will be considered advantage
  • At least 5 years of successful experience in sales and/or project management in industrial environments
  • Extensive knowledge of Industrial customers in assigned region, with special attention on Refining, Chemical, Petrochemical, Power Generation, MMM and other major industries
  • Fluent spoken and written English (at least level C1)
  • Fluent spoken and written French (at least level C1)
  • High level of initiative, open-mindedness and intercultural competence in order to create a team atmosphere
  • Professional and confident appearance and the ability to represent the company in front of C suite of major customers
  • Above-average commitment and willingness to travel (at least 50% of the time)
