• Ensure correct accounting entries in Sage, including data reconciliation and payment follow-up.

• Drive continuous improvement in reporting and reconciliation processes.

We’re currently undergoing a major digital transformation and seeking a Senior Technical Reinsurance Accountant to join our Finance team - a key role in ensuring operational excellence and driving innovation within our accounting processes.

Your Mission

You will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our reinsurance accounting operations. Your responsibilities include:

• Contributing to monthly and quarterly closings through the accurate preparation of reinsurance statements
• Supporting the implementation of a new reinsurance operational tool
• Ensuring correct accounting entries in Sage, including data reconciliation and payment follow-up
• Collaborating closely with the Cash Manager, brokers, and reinsurers
• Driving continuous improvement in reporting and reconciliation processes
• Contributing to risk mitigation via internal controls and compliance checks
