My Client is looking for a Technical Manager

In this position you will lead a Hardware and Software team of 25 people.

So you will need to have strong experience in Hardware and Software so as to deliver on their strong SoC products.

Development, Verification and Delivery

• Design and implement high-performance, modular, and extensible systems for building largescale SoC design workflows.
• Develop and maintain a scalable, automated verification framework that maximizes test coverage while minimizing cost.
• Ensure project execution, tasks allocation, milestone tracking, and timely delivery of features with high quality and reliability.
• Make sure the codebase is well-documented, maintainable, and comply with industry standards.
• Drive continuous improvements in the efficiency and reliability of engineering processes.
• Strong industry experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Proficiency in software programming languages such as Java, C++ and Python.
• Ability to contribute to the code and perform code reviews when needed.
• Deep knowledge of RTL design and verification languages/methodologies (VHDL, Verilog, SystemC, SystemVerilog, UVM) is a must.
• Background in software design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
• Good understanding agile development methodologies.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
