The role involves delivering engine training, updating training modules, and ensuring quality knowledge transfer. The ideal candidate has a Bac+2 to Bac+5 degree in mechanical engineering, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills. Role and Responsibilities:
Your missions will include:
Creating and delivering internal engine training for employees, which involves:
Developing documentation for each internal training session, including:
Monitoring training effectiveness and ensuring quality knowledge transfer by:
Training internal trainers occasionally, including:
All activities will adhere to Wärtsilä’s standards for Quality, Safety, and Environment. Occasional missions in support of the Training team or internal technical requests may be required. Some travel to the Land&Sea Academy in the Netherlands is expected.
