We are seeking a Tech Business Analyst – Manufacturing & Production based at The Island, our office in central Paris.

About the Product and Team:

Spirit Management Product is a global platform managing 70% of Pernod Ricard’s maturing stock, serving brands like Martell, Chivas, Irish Distillers, and Yerevan Brandy, with over 600 users.

This platform oversees distillation, production, maturation, and blending processes aligned with our brand strategy.

Job Purpose:

The IT Business Analyst for Spirit Management is responsible for gathering stakeholder needs, translating them into specifications, and supporting product backlog management. The role involves collecting insights to aid decision-making and supporting the Product Owner in maximizing product value.

Main Responsibilities:

• Product Catalog Management: Manage catalog items based on approvals.
• Demand & Backlog Management: Analyze business needs, create EPICs, features, and user stories, and maintain requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Collaborate with development teams, assist in testing, document processes, support documentation for users, and plan roll-outs.
• Incident Management: Support incident resolution and contribute to support levels 2 and 3.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years as an IT Functional Analyst, preferably in spirits or food manufacturing.
• Understanding of manufacturing, inventory, procurement, and ERP systems.
• Data analysis skills, relational databases, SQL knowledge.
• Excellent communication for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with agile methodologies and large-scale projects.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, bilingual in French and English.
